We have identified the cause of the issue affecting some customers connecting via Westpac Open Banking.

Westpac has advised that a misconfiguration in their system has resulted in Choices Everyday accounts not appearing as eligible within Westpac One. Westpac is rolling out a fix in stages to ensure system stability, and expects this to be fully resolved by next week.

No action is required from Westpac customers at this time. We will provide a further update once Westpac confirms the fix is complete.
