Please use the following key for determining the status of the individual banks:

Operational status: POLi banking vector (connection) is online
Partial Outage status: POLi banking vector (connection) is online with reported errors for 10% or less of customers
Degraded Performance status: POLi banking vector (connection) is online but transacting at reduced capacity
Under Maintenance status: POLi banking vector (connection) is offline

Scheduled - ASB Bank are making changes to their internet banking on the 28th July 2021.

As a result of the changes ASB are making, the POLi connection to ASB will also require updating. POLi will make the necessary updates to cater to the ASB changes, however there may be some downtime or delays in payment processing from 7am NZT (5am AEST) 28th July 2021 temporarily.

We are working to uplift the ASB connection as the highest priority. For the latest updates, please refer to the POLi Console or POLi Statuspage.

Resolved - The POLi platform is not processing transactions for CBA AU bank accounts. This is due to the maintenance CBA AU has made to their internet banking platform. The issue has been identified as impacting transactions from Tuesday 27 July 2022 ~12:00am AEST until Tuesday 27 July 2022 4.30pm AEST. The vector (connection) to CBA has returned to standard processing.
